👋 Hi! I am a second-year PhD student in the School of Computing Science at Simon Fraser University, supervised by Dr. Lawrence Kim. I am affiliated with Tangent Lab and Interactive Experiences Lab (ixLab).

Prior to this, I worked as a product designer in Toronto. I hold a Master’s degree in Design Informatics from the University of Edinburgh (supervised by Dr. John Vines)and a Bachelor’s degree in Internet of Things Engineering from Beijing University of Technology (supervised by Dr. Juan Fang).

My research lies at the intersection of human-computer interaction, tangible user interfaces, inclusive design, and health and wellbeing.

2025.9: I attended the GROWW Fall 2025 Institute in Halifax, NS, Canada 🌊. It was so nice to learn from the researchers in women’s health and wellbeing!
2025.6: I will present my poster Designing Swarm Robot Interactions for Emotion Regulation at NWRS 2025 🦾.
2025.5: 🎉🎉 I was selected as a cohort member and scholarship recipient of the 2025 GROWW (Guiding interdisciplinary Research On Women’s and girls’ health and Wellbeing) program! Thank you GROWW for the wonderful opportunity to learn knowledge and methodology on women’s and girls’ health 💃!
